Duties and Responsibility
Core Responsibilities
1. Finance Implementation & Analysis
- You will work on end-to-end finance configurations in Odoo, including:
- Chart of Accounts setup and mapping
- Journals, taxes, fiscal positions
- AP/AR process setup
- Multi-currency operations
- Banking, reconciliation & cash cycles
- Costing & landed cost workflows
- Financial reporting, KPIs & dashboards
- Opening balances preparation and validation
- Contribute in financial system integrations (analysis, testing, training, launching)
- Contribute in financial procedures automation solutions
- Your real-world finance exposure will directly shape the strength and reliability of financial cycles delivered to clients.
2. Project Participation & Stream Ownership
- You will contribute to and progress into owning the finance stream within Projects:
- Analysis (shadow analyze) the project scope and determine high level topics
- Split/distribute topics among project milestones
- Topics to tasks assignment and deadlines
- Follow up the tasks delivery status
3. Project Participation & Leadership Growth
- Participate in client workshops
- Prepare documentation (milestones, topics, tasks, sprints)
- Lead the finance segment of larger projects
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical teams
- Support quality control for finance deliverables
4. Client Communication & Delivery
- Participate in analysis sessions
- Support clients during data collection and transition
- Conduct finance testing
- Deliver structured training sessions
- Provide actionable financial insights during implementation
- Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting
- Strong analytical & reporting capabilities
- Experience in financial operations
- Experience in project management
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a strong advantage)
- Fluent Arabic and English

- Accounting Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written/spoken English
- Odoo knowledge
