This dual-role position focuses on managing internal HR processes while also supporting client consultancy services. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, consultancy, and ERP implementation, with a proven track record of adding strategic value.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree in business
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP systems

Nice to have

  • Consultancy experience 
  • Turkish language
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good relation with technology
