A Full time duty:
As a Project manager, you will work across the teams focused on current and upcoming projects in terms of resource planning and allocations, onboarding projects, following tasks and follow up/support plans.

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher

  • Experience in odoo 

Duties:

1. Project Leadership (End-to-End Ownership)

You will lead all phases of the project lifecycle:

Initiation

  • Understand client business needs

  • Support sales in pre-analysis & proposal alignment

  • Confirm scope based on WDM v1 Stage structure

  • Conduct kickoff meetings

  • Define measurable success criteria

Planning

  • Contribute to Build the Stage Plan

  • Allocate Streams (Finance/HR/SCM/Tech)

  • Build Topics, transform them into Sprints and clients timeboxes

  • Create tasks via our Topic → Template → Sprint engine

  • Estimate workload & resource needs and communicate with HR, department managers accordingly

  • Improve the project communication framework

Execution

  • Supervise daily task progress

  • Lead internal standups

  • Assign work to analysts, developers, engineers, and support



  • Ensure timesheet discipline

  • Track KPIs: planning efficiency, billing ratio, execution health

  • Maintain alignment with Gantt, sprints, and milestones

Monitoring & Control

  • Identify risks, blockers, and delays

  • Evaluate resource performance

  • Re-plan sprints when necessary

  • Manage scope and change requests

  • Keep the client informed weekly (progress + risks + decisions needed)

Closing

  • Deliver UAT

  • Ensure satisfaction metrics

  • Prepare Go-Live Readiness Checklist and success plans

  • Oversee deployment and hypercare

  • Conduct retrospective and project closure meeting

  • Archive documentation in Odoo Knowledge/Documents

 

Client Management & Communication Excellence

You will:

  • Maintain strong client relationships

  • Lead all workshops, demos, and requirement sessions

  • Provide structured weekly reports

  • Handle escalations professionally

  • Manage expectations and align scope changes

  • Ensure client understanding of WDM phases and responsibilities

PM Governance & WDM v1 Enforcement

Applying WDM v1 across every project

 Ensuring teams follow:

  • Streams

  • Topics

  • Sprints

  • Stage rules

  • Timesheets

  • Risk logs

  • Change logs

  • Documentation standards

  • Random tasks

  • Misaligned scope

  • Missing timesheets

  • Unstructured workflows

  • Non-documented meetings or decisions

Your role is to keep delivery predictable and scalable.

WDM v1 Improvement & Future Development

You will work closely with management to:

  • Propose improvements to stages, streams, templates

  • Enhance KPIs and reporting dashboards

  • Improve sprints & capacity planning

  • Suggest process automation opportunities

  • Support creation of WDM v1.1 → v2 → v3 as the company grows

  • Build documentation for internal PM handbook

  • Help train new PMs, analysts, and developers on the methodology

  • Support standardizing service delivery across markets
